What to check in-game

Use these notes while you play, then follow the related pages for codes, rankings, tools, or route-specific help.

Sanity items

The current guide reports Bone at 100 coins for +10 Sanity, Rubber Duck at 350 for +20, Wooden Doll at 700 for +35, and Horse Statue at 1,450 for +90. These are community-reported lobby values, not prices independently confirmed by this site. Compare the live lobby before buying because an update can change either cost or effect.

Anomaly-detection and time items

For detection, the collected list reports Candle at 90 coins for +1, Flashlight at 350 for +2, and Camera at 1,500 for +3. Crystal is reported at 750 coins for +2 Time Travel. The exact way these bonuses alter a run is not fully documented in the checked public guides, so treat the labels as purchase-screen notes rather than a complete formula.

Bonus-labelled food and drink

Cola and Moonshine are each reported as +1 Bonus, Cookie as +2, and Donut as +3, at 100, 375, 725, and 1,475 coins respectively. The meaning of Bonus still needs a reproducible in-game check. Do not assume it means coins, speed, sanity, or detection until the current game UI states the effect.
